BP doesn't let me post images as responses so I can't fully express my internet feelings but I'd be very skeptical about this deal right now.is there something I'm missing here.

Basically someone sends that address (a US address) mail and the company will email me and say 'hey you have this mail' (with a screenshot of the letter) and if I want them to open it and scan it I tell them to, and they send me digital images of the content.

I look up the properties in the mls or my local image mate, which tells you about when the home was sold, taxes, assessment, just so I have some background on the property.Also if you search the mls you can see how long a property has been for sale, if it's been on the mls for a while the seller might be open to owner financing or something creative.

I've always had a glamorous & grandiose image of real estate investors...weird, right?!  

I have a wedding Saturday afternoon so that might be a small issue.

I myself continue to educate myself even from "newbies" Never stop learning and once you have a clear image of what you want to do, everything else will start coming into place.
