I'm looking for an SLC house hacking situation (2-4 unit properties and/or single family houses with rentable basement/apartment/guesthouse) near Liberty Park or the Marmalade Library, but my primary goal is just to meet with as many local community members as possible.

The vast majority of people that have had a "smoking deal" found it that way, by doing a lot of them until one came along or until a good deal turned into a smoking one.

I'm using chrome in the library here trying to get a date for a meeting from a conversation and all I see are little strips of each of the correspondences between myself and another user but nothing to click to open up the messages.

Unfortunately the vast majority of landlords do not screen very well and rarely understand human nature.

Additionally probably the vast majority wanting to get into investing never do and a large number of those that will try ultimately fail.

If I were you I would also consider vastly downgrade your big ticket purchases.  

And if there is anybody with vast experience in these markets I’d love to speak with you!

I would also try to take some books out of the local library on whichever particular area of investing interests you!

The house has a fantastic location, close to the center of the town, great schools, library, etc, it's 4 bedrooms plus 1 office), 2 bath, 2100 S.F., 8600 S.F.

Do not attend any seminars that charge money or that will ask you to pay money the vast majority are scams.
