@Benjamin Sulka If i'm understanding you correctly, you are not liking the numbers of a duplex after you move out and have to rent both sides.I obviously don't know your numbers or what you are accounting for but if the building is generally newer and in better condition it is ok to dial back the capex and repairs budget in my mind.Additionally we pulled the trigger on our house hack really without considering what would happen when we left. 

Obviously your in this position able to pull cash out because you made a good decision back when you pulled the trigger to buy that one.

The best way to find a mentor is to: 1) Find a really bad deal2) Post on BP about how you are about to pull the trigger on that deal3) Wait for the replies and outreach

I also pulled the trigger on 1 pasco tax deed sale.

What’s most important for me is really just trying to get my skin in the game with as little seed money up front as possible until i get on the positive side of the flip, I have everything ready to flip a house in a month but with people getting cold feet when I’m ready to pull the trigger it makes it hard to be able to build trust and start making headway!

It took 5 years to know it had worked and 7 or 8 to pull the trigger.

We definitely are going to pull the trigger this year and do it, time to learn while on the job per se.
