I took the OP to mean that he will drive traffic to the site through direct marketing techniques to sellers, and therefore the site needs to be geared toward sellers.

So I dont see the foot traffic making a huge difference, or the paint.

This can work well if you have the traffic, and quality units.

Search on Hawaii State Judiciary...from the home page you can access necessary court forms, and do a criminal, civil, or traffic records search on locals.

The reason those condos are not being filled is because traffic in the downtown area where the condos are located is herrendous and the crime in the area is just as bad.
