How’s traffic?

If the FSBO wasn’t selling I would check every few weeks and see how traffic was, Marketing etc.

Construction is set to be finished sometime in 2019.Gateway Express: This tolled highway will help to ease traffic moving around Tampa, while making it easier to get to some of the major spots in the city.

I check it every night before bed - and again in the morning - and usually when I am in the middle of my personal transition time when I arrive home after work and fighting Atlanta traffic for over an hour.

I see tons of out of state license plate while i'm sitting in terrible traffic during mid day. 

He has really brought a lot of traffic with his cafe.

There is little traffic in Foothill (crazy right?)

You said your location is 20 minutes from the strip, sounds like 20 minutes without traffic.

Depending on traffic I can make it to New York City in 2-3 hrs.
