Bringing in a partner for what sounds like a very temporary issue may not be the best path forward. 

Install security cameras or temporary security system.

If I were you, I would let the city fix the damages when they can get to it and make temporary fixes for now. 

I was on the roof from 8pm-9pm in the rain covering 4 roof vents on a slippery roof, it stopped the water from coming into the master bathroom, a temporary solution until we get the vents replaced. 

Once inflation fears subside (I think the inflation is temporary and will be offset by lower spending as the government money dries up) and more investment opportunities open up, we will stop seeing the crazy rise in housing prices. 

I see people needing temporary housing for their new construction house being built, folks moving here and then wanting to buy and don't want to wait a year...

I have temporary solutions for e-signature but it would be convenient for it all on one system.

Don't make a permanent decision based on (what could be) a temporary problem. 

We just enjoy giving soldiers a good temporary place to live that is off base :) We have had some potential homes in Ft.Hood (Killeen and Copperas cove area) but the property taxes in Texas are just killer.
