There are a lot of nooks and crannies in wholesaling that can be fun or even important to discuss, ie postcards vs letters, voice mail vs live answer, branded approach vs Joe the friendly investor, etc.

I got a voice mail from an assessor late yesterday.

I have in mind two use the 2 sim cards on my phone to use 2 telephone numbers, one of which will use the automated voice mail system.
