Truthfully any extra principle helps.This is true Blake except for the All In One or AIO loan which is a 1st position line of credit that combines a sweep checking accounting, an interest only line of credit, and features of a ARM or adjustable rate mortgage which cap the rate on the line and keep it relatively safer than typical HELOC's which max at 18% capped interest generally.The AIO loan provides you a debit card which you can make purchases to your line directly and the sweep feature also moves over any idle cash at 12am each night over to reduce principal balance prior to calculating your interest for that day.Prior to this product I would have to manually transfer funds to keep all the funds working 24/7 and there would be gaps in between since ACH payment transfers take 3-5 days to confirm in between banks and lines. 

Maybe you can call around/shop around for pricing on flooring, or get chimney sweep quotes, set up appointments, be at the property for deliveries or offer to wait there when the phone/cable/electric company gives a 4 hour window for some kind of service call.
