I am currently couch surfing and figured if I am going to live anywhere, I should have my rent covered!

It is more of a typical sea front town with a lot of seafood restaurants and surf shops.I don't know if SLO allows STR's (or mid-terms) There are two hospitals: French and Sierra Vista.

Because I am new to investing, I feel it is safer to invest near where we will be living, but my partner MUST be near a surf beach with consistent waves so that really limits are selection.

I got a house on Biscayne Bay, traveled, fished, surfed and found a lovely girlfriend.

Put your bedroom potentially on airbnb and couch surf or set up a bed in the garage or something to even put a little more income in your pocket.

My dream job is whatever will give me access to my time and pay well enough that I can do the things that I love - spending time with my family, being a good dad (when the time comes), traveling, surfing, boating, etc.

I just have my whole family here in Cali, personal network and am really personally and emotionally tied to surfing and the ocean.

I hope that makes sense...BP is turning me into an insomniac so I am pretty tired right now...must resist surfing more!
