Not that Indiana isn't a great place but I'd rather be where the action is and enjoy summer sports all winter long in the sunshine and warmth. 

The city is ranked one of the safes in Washington state and is incredible family friendly with happening events, river front parks, and 300 days of sunshine.

The paint on those cars actually fades in the sunshine.  

Like a little sunshine is in the room. 

I do, however, live in Las Vegas where we get far more sunshine than most of the nation.I doubt I would put them on rental properties as it seems like there could be too many potential problems.

You should raise your rents.You should have been raising them a little bit every year, no matter how amazing your tenants are.Until you find a bill you can pay with smiles and sunshine, the bottom line is you need money to pay for the things you need.  

It's called the Sunshine law, if I remember correctly.  

I'm guessing your lease complies with that fairly recent law in FL (the Sunshine law?)

They will bicker about whose spot has more sunshine, other tenants or neighboring kids will steal their tomatoes, someone will swipe the cute little solar spinning flower from one of the gardens, some tenants won't take care of their plots and they'll look like hell, some will use chemicals the other tenants will complain about, someone will steal the hoses.
