Even if I hadn't told him what colors to paint the house shouldn't he not have just decided on his own to paint it the original colors of the house?

As such, many people are buying these buildings, redoing the exteriors (trendy paint colors, new signage, putting on those big street numbers that seem to be all the rage, modern landscapping, maybe replacing some siding to give it an updated more modern look).Okay, so my question: A buddy of mine asked me if I knew anyone that did this type of work.

We never hired a management company, as it was not cost effective with rent we have been charging and it is only one house.Another question: If I do wait til Fall 2019 to sell, should I rip the carpet (up the stairs, living room hallways, bonus and bedrooms—2600sf house) and leave floors bare, (it’s light colored, horrible carpet) to allow buyers to add their own?

If you buy a property with chrome or brass fixtures, you can easily change to either brushed nickel or Oil rubbed bronze with the appropriate colored metallic spray paint.
