China and the US are going to go to blows over this, and it won't be pretty.However, when it comes to real estate, I would be more in the stashed cash and hold positions that most people are talking about.

I for one am selling one of my rentals next month that has $100k+ in equity to stash the cash for any opportunities in the next 12 months.  

Frequent lay we all stash cash and parlay our real estate and never get to enjoy it.

Most of us are in our late twenties or early thirties and realizing that we don't have the savings or risk appetite to do anything on our own, but all of us have a little bit stashed away that we'd like to put to better work.  

That small rail on the left side is too narrow for anyone to stash anything there. 

Maybe find a side hustle or to and start stashing cash until you can house hack. 

I'm going to make sure I have a good savings stash set aside so I will have a cushion as I get the ball rolling and get some a few deals going.

Until then, it's just trying to nab my first wholesale and stash that income. 

This doesn't work for me unless I split each building into a separate account which adds unnecessary complexity.I can see using this account as a savings account to stash security deposits or other short term cash but not as a checking account to run my business.
