I ended up buying the Kenmore brand from BJs a month ago with extended warranty and replaced all my beachfront properties because they have ceramic coated grates.

They stole all brand new appliances, furnace, water heater.  

So when we started the course in 2022, we had built a solid base of knowledge and knew more than a brand new RE investor. 

Jonathan does a fantastic job of trying to caution brand new investors from sinking their live savings into something they're just going to lose money on.okay that aside.  

I think you have a great mentality of stepping back and looking at it as a brand new deal.

The tub looked brand new and came with a textured, slip-free bottom that was so much better than the original.
