@Ken Smith  I had the same experience, because the broker I used was mainly an investor not focused on training programs and spinning up new agents. 

Right now my wheels are just spinning, looking for guidance to get some deals going.

There are so many groups to think about that it can make your head spin.

A slight spin that you may consider with @Makenzie Kelly's response would be to pay down debt with the highest interest rate first.  

In addition to what @Karen Margrave said you should be able to see the triangle dial on the meter spinning even with the water turned off if you have a leak.

However, I would read the early prepayment penalty clause, do a little math and see if a rate drop of .5 to .7 more than offsets the penalty.You might also wish to reach out to @Gary McGowan and drop in on one of his REI meet-ups when they spin-up again in the autumn.

The advantage though is that I can spin up a new Serie in minutes by signing a new operating agreement (we don't require Secretary of State registration for each Serie in NV) and my costs are greatly reduced versus having regular LLCs for each property.Jean
