The only thing with the Powerline adapter is that both outlets where you plugin need to be on the same electrical panel.

You will need to involve tradesmen to run the electric and set up the panels and water lines so it could get spendy so you'd have to run the numbers locally to figure out if it's worth it.

Opinions on how I get the ARV and whether I should do a serious high-end rehab (getting rid of an office moving the bathroom to where the office was so I can expand the very cramped kitchen/ dining room so they can be two separate spaces and then finishing the two rooms upstairs which are currently wood paneling.)

If you must pay electricity weigh the option of investing in solar panels, you might be able to find a grant for this.Set cap ex budgets at the beginning of the year and if possible stick to the schedule and budget to make sure you aren’t blowing all the cash flow on unnecessary upgrades.

When I removed the paneling and ceiling tiles I found the walls and ceilings were Pepto-Bismol pink and the woodwork was florescent hot pink!
