I’m thinking of trying to find a relatively inexpensive cleaning service and manage the rest from a distance via smart phone/locks and such.

There are great software options that allow this as well as kiosks and other hardware, but the smart phone is becoming the kiosk in your pocket.

Not everyone has a smartphone to check emails 24/7.Im a noobie as a landlord, only <1 yr experience.

To avoid carrying a separate Bluetooth key fob it is more convenient to keep all on one smart phone.

Will there be app available for Windows smartphone soon?

I know tech work isn't cheap but in the smart phone generation I definitely think it would be worth the money spent to create a more functional app!

I am looking for an access control unit that can be installed in a multifamily building.Other than requiring an external power supply, it does not need a cable, internet or phone line.It would connect to the tenants via their smartphones.

(currently keeping mile total for each day on google calendar through my smartphone app)

I do not believe the reduction of the loan amount by the larger down payment is enough to cover the coming reduction in property value.I am amazed how much people will risk just to buy a new watch or smart phone.
