If you compare Sacramento to any other city in the USA, you will see it's on par with growth rates and population.One of the reasons why I invest in Sacramento is the city is not correlated to how technology business perform in Silicon Valley.

Just one reason is because there are already Silicon Valley folks interested in moving a portion of their company to Pueblo if we can make the community work.AARP has rated Pueblo as one of the best places for a retiree on a less than huge income to comfortably live.

This is close to my work and my girlfriend could caltrain into downtown Palo Alto (where she works) and I think it would have long term value as the Bay Area gets moer congested.I know Silicon Valley is a tough market for newbies, but I'm really curious if anyone has had any success with this recently.
