Anyone who knows me knows I am not one to borrow money but even so I have never heard of any legitimate source of loans to process and settle a loan with money in your personal or business bank account in only 3 days unless you are dealing with a private party but I would wonder just who are these people that feel they know you well enough to be sure you will pay then back ?

All houses settle at least to some extent over time.Big cracks on driveway - well - just depends on whether it's to a point where re-doing is needed, and if the project pencils out.

In general, the VB schools are much better than the Norfolk schools so for that reason, and many others, we settled on a house in Virginia Beach.

If you haven't acquired previously, caution not to attack on multiple fronts right away...one at a time, learn from it and improve as you go...we are 1000% better equipped to acquire from the prior experiences...they do take time after acquisition for dust to settle and for you to see the effect as well as what strains it puts on your existing processes and infrastructure.

Any of the 3 above and I get concerned about foundation issues or settling and it's the first inspection I have done.I also make general notes of what needs redoing so I can estimate out materials and labor.As I'm going through, I check for plumbing leaks and try light switches.

The issue might either need to be settled or litigated... by attorneys on behalf of the insurer and without OP lifting a finger.My point is that getting others involved when the alternative is doing nothing can't possibly hurt.
