We have an expectations meeting with the owner of the company of what we expect of them and what they can expect of us.We have them sign a code of conduct that they must adhere to, acceptable arrival time to the property, what their employees are and are not allow to discuss with the tenants, making sure their staff have professional clothing with company logo or identifying information on them and then we keep a copy of their lisc and insurance information on file.Again it is all about liability and you dont want to scramble looking for their information when you most need it.If they are not willing to do these things then they will not be willing to be a good partner down the road to make the relationship mutually beneficial.
