The disadvantage is that you need a crane to plant one on a roof, but give that they last about 30+ years with little maintenance that is not too bad of a trade off.

Hubert,Starting out in MF is not impossible, but like starting any business you have to be knowledgable, resilient (stubborn), or very lucky.

Just reaching out to different avenues and areas, and planting seeds all over to try and figure out how I can be successful in this business.

In my opinion the best advice I would give you is from the saying "When is it the best time to plant a tree" the answer is 20 years ago and when in the second best, and the answer is now.

Lots of renters right now due to the expansion of the refineries and chemical plants.

As for the wall you can do a lot of things like stagger studs in a double wall or use resilient hat channel system (horiz) over the studs.
