I am a local real estate investor and own a local real estate/property management company.

If you manage to get this off the ground and do some verified - meaning paperwork is in your name, or company's name, etc - projects that turn a profit, and you build some capital in a bank, you should be able to go right to that lender after a year or two and start a relationship no problem.  

One of the turn key companies that I found through bigger pockets doesn't have properties available in the areas that this new company I working with could potentially set me up for.

If I put all of my eggs in one basket (Florida in this case), paid off property and a hurricane blows everything away, FEMA is nowhere to be found and the insurance companies take years to pay what little claims they actually do pay, I suffer through it in a blown out house.

This was my first investment property and I had a poor inspector who missed all the electrical and even though the roof had about 5 years left my insurance company made me do that.

And I've heard good things about @Priti Donnelly's company, so not trying to undermine them.

Was curious if anyone had a final solution to help on the accounting side of everything.I use QBO for my other company (marketing agency) but hate it and it's not built for RE.

Once you go under contract, (here in Texas) fine a title company that works fast that you can trust, even before the contract is assigned know if they work with wholesalers and how they can help you.
