The odds of this RANDOMLY happening aren't zero, but darn close.So, MY QUESTION IS, when a sitting house gets ANY interest, do agents have some secret MLS list that blasts out houses with "new interest"?

The randomness of this sort of event would put me off it as a strategy.

Would you let random members of the public go wandering through your home without being accompanied by someone in a position of responsibility?

A bunch of random people on the internet can't accurately answer whether you overpaid for a property. 

It’s an ever evolving process, learning from the random issues that come up.

As far as a tactic to look at for maximum growth I (some random guy on the internet) would recomend maxing out on the BRRRRR strategy.  

Last thing I want to do is just google it and pick some random company.  

Currently in Los Angeles prospecting places when I met a woman randomly who has an off market 12 unit property in Inglewood very close to the Los Angeles Rams new stadium.

I'm not a fan of giving my financial information to random companies....
