A friend of mine from abroad plans to buy a property in CO or FL with a budget of $10 million, but she plans to use Bitcoin to pay for the house.

If the “all water off for 10 minutes” plan is unworkable. 

And it depends on what you do next - rebuild or sell as is or some other plan. 

Used houses in the area sell anywhere from $75-125 a square foot.These are long term rentals that I do not plan to sell.I am reading the Rental Property Investing book and implementing the method that focuses on cash flow and that strategy states you need to have $300 cash flow per month, per property.

We just gave our tenants notice that we are planning to move into the rental they are leasing from us.  

If the numbers make sense, the plan is to approach the seller and attempt to get a lower price for this "2-story" building which has vacancies, since that's what the owner is selling.

One is under contract in which I plan to 1031 into something larger and the other I just plan to keep as the contract expires soon.
