Equity: 250k2 Family 3/2 Purchased 2023 475k Currently worth 600k 7.25% Interest Cash Flow -1,100 a month ( I live in one of the these)Equity: 98k ( yes i put 20% down)55k in Stocks mostly apple/vti/qqq 5k Cash (reserved for emergency missed rent payments) in a 4.50% savings accountNo credit card debt no car loansI do have 60k in open credit cards 8k available for no interest for 15 months.I have a 50k Heloc on my 2 family unit at 8% interest 10 year interest only 10 year repaymentSo as a investor what would some of you guys suggest as my next investment move?

From the early days we've taught people to use our stock content as a guide... if you're looking to only do PPC, sweet... just add in your credibility and you're set.. no huge need to customize the content a lot because it will convert well out of the box.

This will be around 150k, but down in a 5-6 years this project should help triple (or more) that amount invested when its time to sell the house.I would use 50k from selling stock and the rest from the HELOC, starting paying right away, up to 1200 per month or so.

@Chris DoucetteIf it sounds to good to be true....It's possible they are just quoting you their P&I payment, when you are thinking they are quoting you principle, interest, taxes, and insurance.
