I worked long hours (60-70 hours a week), I gave up a lot of things (cable television, expensive cell phones, satellite radio, my gym membership), I didn't go out on the weekends (I worked), and I rarely ate at restaurants.

As Loc just posted, anyone who takes your money can not simply say you'll get your money when it's paid off, that's just nuts, look ate the borrowers for these loans, some don't have the capacity to get conventional financing now, nor will they later on.

I don't know when they had time to sleep.I watched others have multiple jobs one was in food so they ate for free every day.

If so, they can be money pits, even after full rehab [I've ate several of these "vegetables"].Hang in there!

Instead of going back and trying to collect $25 from the tenant, I ate the loss as a reminder to not make stupid mistakes like that.

I'm setting up my first tenant on SparkRent very soon.Someone on here mentioned that tenants may have the "I couldn't get the website to work" or "the computer ate my payment" or whatever excuse for late rent.

If  you want to be a cop don't get a criminal justice degree because being a police officer requires 4 year degree in any major (in my area ate last).

While I have never lived in properties such as this, my parents rented and I wouldn't exactly say I ate from a silver spoon.

@Angel Acosta that is a lot of profit ate up just on getting the loan, me personally I would look for other options possibly finding a private money lenders.
