I just did this in one of our rental bathrooms where wallpaper had been painted over a bright pink by a former tenant.Buy some inexpensive liquid fabric softener at the dollar store...along with a spray bottle.   

You can't sell it because you don't own it and don't have the pink slip.

Cheap infill with pink brick facades and peaked roofs are a visual plague in our historic neighborhood of flat roofs and ornate cornices.

Can’t believe the pink tiles didn’t make it into the new designs lol.

Or they are wholesalers like you or other LLC's that bought a bunch of distressed notes or other assets... in my mind simply a trading platform that happens to be little pink houses for you and I.

Colors usually range between beige, light pink, light yellow, and brown.  

I'm talking like big square footage in desirable locations that isn't just in the Big Pink.

I like the small HOAs that provide a little bit of uniformity (no pink houses, please) and an extra set of eyes when the property is not being kept up (garbage left out, lawn unkempt).
