The title company will handle clearing the title but won’t manage personal agreements.

They do not want the other person's name on the deed or the mortgage once the dirvorce is finalized.

Matt that is the NMLS number for the company not for you personally  sounds like your a VA or something not a licensed lender..

When your LLC takes a loan, expect as members to personally guarantee the debt.

I like to talk to people when I get out of the car and I think I can get a feel for things better in person.

Proper time tracking and logs are critical for demonstrating compliance with this rule.I've only seen one person with a W-2 qualify for reps, and that was from a tax court case where people had to come in in person and attest to his hard work.
