Do the slab or perimeter in concrete which will make the small cabins have value for a mortgage instead of a RV.Check the zoning on the property.

We have full perimeter cameras on our STR's; that includes all doors, parking and yard/deck.

I've got the best concrete contractor who can do the inside and can do the perimeter tiling if that's what needs to be done along with sump pump pits. 

Using a vinyl product that is watertight in the field, I intend to first lay a thick bead of polyurethane exterior-grade caulk (Vulkem brand for instance) at the wall perimeter against the sub-floor and bottom plate and under the wood base-trim, and also at the door threshold, keeping water inside the bathroom.

Then a spray on the perimeter of the home  with Talstar every two months or so.
