It took a lot of frogs in 6 months to make our first purchase and now we are 10 days from closing on our second MF duplex.I know it is so different for everyone, but can tell you that once you have that first deal done.....You are only bound by what you perceive to be a limitation.Go get that deal!

This may be what they perceive in you, or it's also entirely possible you are a great client but you are making them think you're not serious and they are labeling you like the other time wasters you've come across.Now with all that being said, if I was you, I would ask myself if I am really in a situation right now to be able to close a deal, and if so, I would go communicate that very clearly to the different people you're working with.
