Hello,I have a friend that owns a property in Lisbon. 

I manage my own portfolio with the same systems and think that most investors would be happy with PMI perfirmance. 

RentRedi had no ability to manage this.  100 was the primary address of the property, which would show on google maps and such, and then 101 was an additional address that I legally owned and wanted to use (same structure).

I own my own cybersecurity recruiting agency, and we made about $25k this month, (OpEx for recruiting agencies are low.

Amazing if you already own or are getting in at a price point that makes sense. 

It's their own negligence and if you were not consulted on how the problem was going to be fixed then that violates the "under the direction of the landlord" part.
