Paying too much for a property is a hard mistake to overcome.

Once you have answered that, talk to an attorney (otherwise, they'll charge you for the time it takes the two of you to answer the question in the first place).But, keep in mind that anonymity doesn't actually prevent anything adverse from happening.

I am not saying that you won't be successful with a background in business but I think it's helpful.I think the biggest obstacle to overcome for us younger investors is people not taking you serious.

Maybe you have the skill, connections, knowledge or talent that allows you to overcome all of these things - people have done it before and have been very successful.

It would have to overcome privacy concerns.

But in the meantime, maybe you could help folks understand how you were able to overcome your fear of making a mistake.

You will also be subject to the whims of future policy increases which may adversely affect you with respect your competition.

The only way to overcome the fear is to Just do it!

Convincing them that they should short sale with you coming to the table with 100% financing might be a large hurdle to overcome unless you are creative.
