Post inspection i had a septic outfit come inspect both tanks.

I wrote an earlier post about a Columbia River front A frame cabin we just acquired it has a nice Pier and Dock which is grandfathered in.I of course now need a boat or multiple different water craft.WE are going to outfit this A frame as an Air BnB so its get utilized more than just us staying there.

The last quote I got from them was very competitive with small outfits.

But a good indicator of whether or not they are allowed, is if there are any listings in that area on ABB, which there were none of.If you're not set on the Canyon, there are options, but otherwise the cost to purchase + outfitting the units + the STR saturation in our market make it harder and harder to turn a profit.

One current tenant has outfitted the garage really well with home gym equipment.

In my one city I invest in there is a big property management outfit that has hundreds of rentals all around my stuff and they do not allow pets as a policy .

At least thats what I was seeing from multiple reputable outfits.

Unfortunately, a barrier to entry for me is the fact that I don't know anything about any other asset classes besides SFDs, nor do I know any good outfits.
