It's not my opinion, it's fact, it's an acknowledgment of the votes the market is making telling us exactly what the market wants a service provider to be and focus on.

I was ok when the basic was $49 but at $99 not worth it in my opinion.

exactly Chris Clothier made a good point on another thread where his opinion is any cash flow first should go into reserves once reserves is in a good spot the remaining cash flow should go to principal paydown.. 

This would be the same in my opinion.

Once you get through move in, the day to day management is pretty hands off and easy (famous last words, but so far, so good).Other than that, get a second opinion/eye from someone you trust - preferably a professional designer - on the furnishings and design.
