Best first property to buy IMO is a househackIf you have 150k in my market you have lots of room to buy a very nice duplex that is comfortable to live in a really separates you from the other unit

Though the property and surrounding areas look nice in the pictures, the doors and windows has bars which concern me.I am just starting our my RE investment journey and all help is greatly appreciated.

Many of them treat the home as their own and stay long term.Multi's are nice because they generally produce more cash flow, but do require some extra attention.

I have mine really nicely furnished with good quality furniture and high end finishes (quartz, stainless steel appliances).
