If you need a second opinion on a neighborhood I live, invest, and work in the area. 

It varies a lot by market, guest type and even the neighborhood and type of home within a particular market.

There are two condos in my neighborhood that are trying to sell, but have been on the market for 100+ days.

For a while I looked into medium size deals like 30-50 units in class B neighborhoods, but ultimately could not negotiate a deal to the point where it would have made financial sense.
