To do that, you better know what you're doing, that or just be lucky.If you are to learn finance, the markets, legal aspects, collateral assessments, collections, taxation and mortgage underwriting, strategies, modifications......well, I have to laugh at paying big bucks for any 2,3 week course.

I purchased real estate in an Opportunity Zone a few years ago through a multi-member LLC but didn't realize that the real estate was in an Opportunity Zone at the time.
