Most banks will not offer a mortgage to our members because of our set-up and the prices are too high to expect people of moderate means to purchase.

The first potential investor I have is looking to invest for the long-term (15+ years) and is looking for an equity stake- we have discussed a fixed rate of return on his capital investment and he seemed only moderately interested.
