Hello all, I am looking to purchase a home in the south Houston region- Pearland, Pasadena, League city, Friendswood, and surrounding areas.

My main San Antonio GC has a crew of 25 and they're about to start 400K worth of remodeling work I've brought their way in the next couple weeks so I think this may be out of his league.

I ended up renting to 3 programmers, each with a six figure income and one of whom is Ivy League educated (Masters at that).

My first opinion is with some of the ivy league schools saying they are going to be online only that this will create a domino effect and other schools will follow.

The team, citing recent events and feedback from its community, is having discussions with the league in recent weeks.

I had an appraisal under value a QuadPlex by over $120k , some appraisers are out of their league ,,, The lender will do what he can within guidelines  , if the value is inaccurate or under what it should be the loan is likely dead anyway.

Unless you get into a Ivy League or some top regional schools, your better off going to a public school and saving money.

You can try selling some of your baseball memorabilia from you playing days.....lol.

In our case, I work shift work and can not have a phone for 12.5 hrs while at work, my wife runs our 2 small businesses, and we have 4 kids, 3 which play travel baseball.
