I don't often see people talk about it very much on here at all.

These are the people - in my opinion- that need loan brokers the most, since they really don't have a grip on the market - and are thus more susceptible to agreeing to suboptimal loan proceeds / rates / terms. 

Most importantly, they are disrespectful and bad business people.

Their company is pretty great at not responding to their communities people , not following local law yet alone their own lease agreements The uptick of lot rents I get it it’s business but also driving out affordability for people which again it’s a business so some may say that part is just the territory , but not following lease agreements , hiring poor management and then doing nothing about it when it’s escalated is a reflection on their business aswell   best of luck. 

Place a notification for those people as their articles are often posted not only on their publication site but on other news sites as well so you can keep up to date.

I would send 10 people into this program. 

They do this on purpose so new people get tripped up in the process and quit.

I am not going to deep dive here.I usually lose these sorts of deals to people willing to underwrite more aggressively. 

Looking for downsides from people that have used it The software that I used, perhaps more advanced three years after your AI development, because we can see the actual Investor Intellegence including more private transaction data and photo.

I've been in the lending Industry for 20 years, and I feel many people on BiggerPockets give misleading information a lot of times.
