She is a broker and has an agent working for her, also these people are investors and have the local RE investor group, who literally learned or honed his skills on the job with their help.It seems that if you get your salesperson license you just may like the interaction since you come from an industry that dealt face to face with people, albeit on a short term case.Good luck...

@Matthew Olszak - there is a stairway from the back deck of the first floor apt, down to the basement stairs, so there would be some protection from the elements.

The complexity of turning a shell of a building, with what looks to be outdated mechanical systems and structural elements that most likely needs updating, as well as any city permit/planning elements are part of the equation that you have to consider if this is worth the risk.I know I will get flak from members of this forum.
