My agent and I have been discussing a scenario where we approach or submit an unsolicited offer to the builder for a lower price with the basement unfinished (Ie; insulation installed phase).

@Avery Carl I agree drivable leisure destinations will be more insulated and likely see a less significant impact, but I think it is potentially far too early to understand the impact the virus will have on travel behavior.

While you might think the tech companies are insulated, many small businesses buy google and facebook ads, for example. 

And then maybe apply liquid foam insulation.

It is also close to the stadium so should be pretty insulated.

Also now that it's disturbed you should  wrap the cloth insulation with electrical insulation tape as the 'cloth' will crumble off as you work on it leaving bare wiring prone to shorting & a potential fire.
