Does anyone know of any home inspectors who has experience in general contracting as well located near central New Jersey?

Hello, does anyone recommend an home inspector in the Macomb County, or Clinton Twp area?  

Make sure that the inspector actually tests the quality of the sludge and leach field.

I spoke with the building inspector and a student manager does meet the requirement.

Where we invest, the student rentals are inspected by a housing inspector, so it definitely would be caught if the number of bedrooms is greater than the ordinance.  

In retrospect I feel my inspector should have caught this but moving forward I'm not sure who I should contact to evaluate this.
