This is what I see from right to left:6 cop cars lining the street so no one can enter or leave.12 cops on the sidewalk looking confused.3 contractors on the stoop of the property protecting it.2 angry guys with a truck next to the property.The problem started with the angry guys so I walk up and put on my late night dj voice and talk slow, “ Hi my name is Jared, I believe I purchased this property on Monday from the seller.

My wife and I own our home, and are using 2019 to get out of consumer debt and I am working to learn what I can about real estate investing.I am a voice systems engineer for a financial institution.Maybe with confidence and time trying wholesaling or flipping would be in the realm of possibility. 

You want to make sure it's a good deal now and any further appreciation is icing.As far as negotiating is concerned I would listen to your own voice not that of the agent. 

Since Jan I have done several flips but now I am looking for advice and guidance in accounting, securing hard money loans, innovative methods of finding deals on properties... and a much more!

If you look hard enough, you can find almost all of this information through some innovative footwork on your part, or through the web “Somewhere” at “Some Point.”

We also have all potential tenants leave a voice message regarding the property they are interested in, and we return their calls with a time that we will be holding an open house on the property as we don't do appointments. 

It was an innovative strategy I'd like to share with someone and can't find the article/post.Anyone out there recall this post and can tell me where to find it on BP?
