So, here at the 6 month check in, here are the things I've been doing since January 2024: *Anchored everything to my WHY, including the motivations and long-term strategy *Joined a local REI group hosted by my church*Researched tax lien investing in Harford County, MD and decided to not play in that space this year*Read a few REI books (Rich Dad Poor Dad, One Rental At A Time, Building Wealth One House at a Time, Wealth Without Cash, Building Real Estate Wealth in a Changing Market)*Subscribed to a bunch of good YouTube channels (BP, ORAAT, Ken McElroy, Coach Carson...)

As some of you might know, I host a popular Real Estate Podcast. 

Check out the Ann Arbor Real Estate Investors Club hosted by Brian Bundesen and the Dirty House Buyers meetup (holds their monthly meetings in Ypsi) hosted by Gerrit Stukkie. 

I personally never want to talk to my hosts as it reminds me of managing my own.

My business partners and I are also big into helping other hosts.

In Philadelphia, both hosted and non-hosted stays are legal.

I am friends with Syed, the owner of Hostly.

Just because something worked for one host, doesn't mean it'll work for you since each market is different.

Another thing to know is you will have to create a new listing once the original host takes theirs down.
