Even though we had some showings, I am a little bit concerned that we didn't have any offers on our property in Harvest Dr in Antioch despite having a good product (see pictures here - http://993harvest.info).

My idea being, it creates more of an attachment to a rental because the tenant may have a long term committment to be there to plant, care or harvest there garden.

Index funds...took a week or two to learn a proper allocation and takes a little time each year to reallocate and tax loss harvest, if applicable.Done correctly, there are no passive investments in real estate...there are just some that are less active than others...or they are very active in the building years and then can be systematized.I only spend a couple of hours per month on my active investments now...doing bookkeeping but I spent substantial time in acquiring and rehabbing them and getting the right management solution in place. 

While these auto-robo advisers only stick to stock market offering, they complement their package with a lot of other valuable options such as tax loss harvesting and auto-re-balancing.Happy to share my equity investing via syndications experience with you and others.
