Why are you intentionally putting more dogs on the planet when there's so many animals that need a home?

You can also get the students parent's to co-sign the lease, which means your economic vacancy should be about 0%.The bad parts are two fold, 1) college students can be some of the most annoying, self-entitled brats on the face of the planet (I used to be one, so I can really attest to this).
