You can usually find some events by doing a simple google search.

@Connor Williams yeah, what the above posts stated but it's formally called "Forward Commitment" when a builder does it (if you want to google more on it).  

We also have our own website with some SEO setup and we get people that find our website through a Google search and reach out direct too.

As a wholesaler, hopefully hearing from some of you with experience with these sites, what are the advantages or disadvantages of each of these sites respectively... as far as which search criteria to use on each platform?
