I said no... did my usual song and dance on issues, asbestos popcorn etc. etc. and we countered back at 620k, they countered back at 629 with 45 day escrow. 

So same song and dance but now you have to get a mortgage at the end.Wholesaling is very time consuming.

Are you forgoing future potential that you might realize from an area that you believe more strongly in?

By forgoing the rent increase, I'm probably costing myself about $120 ($10/month), but I think I make up for it by getting her off money orders and onto electronic transfers.

During the showing she actually asked if I had heard of BP and the BRRRR method, so I knew right away she was pretty cool, but I had no idea yet how awesome she really was...After the showing I knew I wanted to make an offer, and being that the brokerage I was signing up with wouldn't be sending me a mentor to help me out with all this for at least a week, I decided it would be worth it to forgo the BA commission to have someone help me out through this.

This isn't a bad country song, but now that I have your attention I really do have a question. :)  I previously posted a question in the Deal Analysis forum asking for opinions about whether or not my current home will cashflow well.
