Anyone know of one?  State Farm just told me I have too many houses and have to move on. 

I own a mortgage company now that does both residential and commercial finance, but I spent years as a commercial banker with both big banks (First Union/Wachovia) and 2 community banks.

It's one of the hottest markets in the US right now with so much population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here (26B Intel headquarters being built here, 68K+ enrollment in Ohio State University, Amazon, FB, Google, Honda, Nationwide, Anduril, etc.).

I didn't see a need for a holding company but if someone wants one, you can just use another LLC as the holding company.

A reputable title company will keep things on track. 

For example, we've recently taken over marketing internally because the property management company was not experienced enough in using the newer advertising methods we need to pursue.

Pay a Title Company to complete a Title Report3.

Insurance companies do not like Federal Pacific electrical panels. 

If you are able to actively use the funds I would say start a real estate marketing company with it. 

*Prepare for high insurance costs by running a few properties by your STR insurance company before making a purchase.
