Once you narrow it down, interview agents in the area and go from there!

I'm a local Denver agent primarily, but I'm familiar with some of the challenges up in the mountains because no deals make sense running the quick math.

Should i go the agent route?

@Daniel Cacho I’m 35 years old, have been in the game for over a decade, own 26 doors, run a property management company with 350+ units, and operate a realty brokerage with a small team of agents.

I’ve got a great team including contractors, real estate agents, and lenders.

I’m interested in looking for a real estate agent with experience in rental properties.

There system has been helpful for someone with no prior experience in the process, from finding properties, lenders, insurance agents, CPA's, attorneys, etc.

When I see newer people expecting to find full cash out deals from out of state sourced from a wholesaler or agent I know they are setting themselves up to fail 99.5% of the time.

From investor friendly agents, lenders, escrow companies, anyone for a new wholesaler and soon investor.
